You can use these contact details to ask about the processing of your data or exercise your rights. If you are acting as a parent or legal guardian, please mention this in your enquiry.

2. Data processed by the game

Progress and preferences. Unlocked levels, scores, personal records, stars, tutorial progress, language, and music and sound preferences are stored locally. The game's own logic does not send this information to a lifegamextrem sl server.

Advertising. When AdMob services are used, Google's SDK may collect and share your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location; device or advertising identifiers; interactions with the app and ads; and diagnostic and performance information. The specific processing depends on the SDK version, its configuration and the applicable privacy choices.

Enquiries. If you contact us, we process your email address and the information you provide to respond to you. Please avoid sending information that is not needed to resolve your enquiry.

The game has no user registration and does not ask for your name, phone number or address to play. Its functionality does not require access to contacts, microphone, camera or precise GPS location.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing gameplay and remembering preferences: providing the service you request and storing information necessary for its features.
• Displaying and measuring advertising: in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the advertising service's configuration. Where consent is required to access or store information on your device or personalise ads, it must be obtained before that processing takes place.
• Responding to enquiries: handling your request and, where applicable, complying with our legal obligations.
• Security and advertising fraud prevention: protecting the service and detecting misuse, under the legal basis applicable to the processing and provider, including legitimate interests where appropriate and where your rights do not override those interests.

We do not use your data to make our own automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Advertising and Google services

Critter Columns uses Google AdMob for full-screen interstitial ads, intended to appear when an Arcade run ends in defeat or when a level is completed in Normal mode.

Google and participating advertising providers may process data to serve ads, measure impressions and interactions, and detect invalid activity. Their terms and data protection arrangements determine their role in each processing activity. Ads may link to external services with their own privacy policies. This policy describes the game, not those external services.

5. Consent and privacy choices

In regions and circumstances where applicable, the advertising service presents a form explaining its providers and requesting your preferences. Declining personalisation does not necessarily mean that no data will be processed: non-personalised ads may still use technical data for delivery, measurement and security.

You can manage your advertising identifier and ad settings through Android's privacy settings, depending on your version. To enquire about or withdraw consent, use the options provided by the advertising service or contact us using the details in this policy. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Advertising data is shared with Google and, depending on the configuration and consent, providers involved in delivering ads. There is no proprietary account service or online leaderboard to which your game progress is sent.

Using Google's services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Google describes safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where applicable, in its information about international data transfers. You can contact us for further information about applicable safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

Game data: your progress and preferences remain in the app's storage until deleted. You can erase them through Android Settings → Apps → Critter Columns → Storage → Clear data; menu names may vary. This deletes your progress. Uninstalling the app normally also removes its local storage, although system backups may retain or restore it depending on your settings.

Enquiries sent to the company: we retain the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where appropriate, to comply with legal obligations or address liabilities during the applicable limitation periods.

Advertising data: retention depends on the providers' purposes, obligations and criteria described in their policies. Deleting the game does not automatically erase data those providers have already received. You can consult Google's data retention practices and exercise your applicable rights.

Because Critter Columns does not require an account, there is no game account you need to close to delete locally stored data.

8. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact lifegamextrem sl at the email address in this policy and explain your request. We will ask for additional information to verify your identity only where necessary.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority where you live.

9. Children

Critter Columns is intended for an audience that also includes children under 13. The game does not ask children for their name, email address, photographs or other contact information to play, and it has no chat or public profiles.

Game progress is stored on the device. The advertising service may process technical data as explained in this policy; the absence of registration does not mean that the service does not process data.

Parents and legal guardians can email privacity@joseantonio.me to enquire about a child's data or request access or deletion where applicable. To protect the child, we may request proportionate information to verify your authority to act on their behalf. Children do not need to send us their data directly.

Where the law requires a legal guardian's authorisation for processing, the child's consent alone does not replace it. Safeguards for children must reflect their age and the law applicable in each country.

10. Security

We apply measures proportionate to the processing and limit the game's own data to the functions described here. Google documents encryption in transit for data collected by its advertising SDK. No system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the game's features or data processing change. The date at the top identifies this version. If a change requires additional information or new consent, this will be provided before the corresponding processing takes place.
